How much does it cost the sender to fax my new Fax Expert 0870 number?

When you sign up you will receive a fax number beginning 0870, for example, 0870 235 9315. It costs no more than 7.5p/ minute peak rate (inc VAT) at standard BT rates. BT have recently launched further price cuts so the cost of calling will be even less.

What do I need?

An email account. That’s it!

Can I cancel at any time?

How do people sending me a fax know they are sending it to my email?

They don’t. They just send you a fax in exactly the same way as they normally would. But you receive the fax as an image/ pdf into your email box. We use a huge bank of powerful fax modems to process faxes as they arrive and securely send them to you as emails.

Can I send faxes using my email?

Yes soon - we will update you on this service in the next few weeks.

Can you text me alerts when my fax is received?

Not yet but we are working on it!

Where can I find terms and conditions of service?

You are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of service upon signing up for the service. Terms and conditions are available here.

Can I change the email address to which my faxes are sent?

Yes, simply email us at service@faxexpert.co.uk together with your PIN number.

What if I forget my PIN number?

Drop us an email with your fax number. We will text the PIN number to your registered mobile phone number. Once a month you will receive a monthly reminder by text message of your Fax Expert number.

So I can work from anywhere?

Yes - like the beach, the garden, on holiday....
